MENTAL PERFORMANCE TRAINING

Perform when it counts.

Focus is a skill. Pressure is part of the work. HEROLAB trains the habits that help people direct attention, learn from stress, and communicate clearly when execution matters.

01 / THE SYSTEM

Train the mind
for the moment.

HEROLAB develops task-independent mental skills for people who already train the technical skills of their role. Its aim is reliable professional execution under pressure.

01 MENTAL SKILL

Focus Control

Choose task-relevant Signals before performance. When Noise appears at GO Time, use a practiced reset to return attention to execution.

SIGNAL / NOISE · FOCUS RESET
02 MENTAL SKILL

Stress Processing

Capture the facts after exposure to pressure, then process recurring Noise later, once stress has subsided. Learning has its own time and place.

EVENT LOG · STRESS CYCLE
03 MENTAL SKILL

Synchronization

Build communication habits that confirm both the message and its intended meaning, so people can act on accurate information together.

THE ENERGY BEHIND EXECUTION

Mental Strength

Passion supports focus. Purpose sustains drive. Professionalism makes progress repeatable. Together, they supply the energy to apply mental skills consistently under pressure.

02 / HOW IT WORKS

Prepare.
Execute.
Learn.

HEROLAB separates what belongs at GO Time from the work that belongs before and after it.

BEFORE / 01

Define the Signals

Identify the information that directly guides the task. Build and rehearse a Focus Reset routine before pressure arrives.

DURING / 02

Execute at GO Time

Let Signals guide action. Recognize Noise and return attention to the task. Analysis and stress processing wait until later.

AFTER / 03

Capture, then process

Use a brief, objective Event Log after pressure has eased. Review patterns and process recurring Noise later under low stress.

REPETITION BUILDS HABITS. HABITS BECOME REFLEXES.

05 / ABOUT HEROLAB

Built for
serious performers.

HEROLAB is led by Craig Finer. The program teaches practical mental skills that transfer across sport, professional, and creative roles, while respecting the specialized technical training each role requires.

The work is deliberate: identify useful Signals, practice repeatable algorithms, record what happened, and refine the habits that support performance when pressure rises.
